Delivery route — how a cabinet reaches you
Cabinets travel flat and arrive heavier than people expect. Here is what shows up, and where to look when you want a date.
Who ships the machine
The partner store that took your order. They pick the carrier, set the date and own the tracking number, so their order page is the only place with a live answer. We do not dispatch from this site and cannot move a parcel along.
What the carton holds
Floor and counter cabinets ship flat: body panels, the head with screen, panel and marquee already wired, a fixings tray and the AC adapter. Handhelds ship assembled with three AA batteries fitted on the models that include them. Nothing needs a tool beyond one screwdriver.
Taking delivery of a 61-inch cabinet
The box is tall rather than heavy and it does not corner well. Clear the hallway before the driver arrives and plan the route to the room — through the door flat, unpacked where it will stand. Unpacking in the hall and carrying an assembled cabinet is how fixings get loosened.
Keep the box for a week
Until the head is on, the adapter is in and every button has been pressed. If something has to go back, the original carton is the difference between a quick refund and an argument about transit damage.
Tracking and delays
Both live on the store's order page. If a date slips, that page updates before anyone else knows. We are glad to help with what is inside the box — not with where the box currently is.
