Floor rules
Every arcade had a sign by the door. These are the rules for reading our pages.
What these pages are
A shop window for the cabinets we build. Each card describes a machine we make and points at the product listing where it is sold. Reading a page costs nothing and commits nobody; the sale happens in the partner store, under that store's terms.
Prices and stock
Both move. We quote what our listing showed when the page was built, and the listing always wins — the figure at checkout is the one that counts. When a cabinet is between production runs we leave it on the floor and say the price is set at checkout rather than printing a stale number. If a page and a listing disagree, trust the listing and tell us so we can fix the page.
Specifications
Heights, screen sizes, game counts and control types on these pages describe the machines as we build them today. We change a cabinet when we have a reason to, and licensing can change a roster — the two WWE roster notes on our wrestling cards are exactly that. The listing and the box carry the current word.
Names on the boards
The game titles we license carry their owners' marks: Atari, Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man, Tetris, Q*bert, and the WWE names and likenesses all belong to the companies that own them. We license the games and build the cabinets; those names stay theirs and appear here to tell you what is on the panel.
Our own pages
The words, photographs, layout and the artwork on our stamps are ours. Quote a sentence with a link if it is useful to your readers. Do not lift a card, a playbook page or the whole floor and run it elsewhere as your own.
Fair use of the site
Read it, print it, send a page to someone measuring a counter. Do not scrape it at a rate that hurts the server, do not pass our pages off as a store, and do not build something that pretends to take orders on our behalf. We will ask you to stop, and then we will ask our host to.
Liability, plainly
We stand behind the cabinets we make. We cannot stand behind a transaction we are not part of, a delivery we did not make, or a decision taken from a page we have not updated yet. Check the listing before you buy and the box when it lands.
