Token booth — reach us here
There was always someone in the booth to make change and tell you which cabinet was worth a quarter. Same idea, different century.
What we are good for
Questions about the machines. Which height fits a 90 cm counter. Whether the trackball cabinet will slide on a glass top. What the five Atari boards on the Tempest panel actually are. Whether a yoke suits someone who has never played Star Wars. Write to floor@arcadeclassics.pages.dev and we will answer with specifics rather than a brochure line.
What we cannot see
Your order. We do not hold shipments, receipts or tracking numbers — the partner store you bought the cabinet from does. For a delivery date, a missing parcel, a return or a warranty claim, start on the order page of that store. They can act on it in a minute; we would only be relaying a message.
Trade and media
Retailers, game rooms, bars and arcade bars: write to the same address with the word FLOOR in the subject line and tell us how many cabinets and which series. Press and reviewers: say which machine you want to see and we will tell you what is currently built and shipping.
Where we are
Arcade Classics, 825 Olive Street, Suite 310, St. Louis, MO 63101. Post reaches us; cabinets sent to that address do not get processed, because returns run through the store that sold them.
How long we take
One working day on cabinet questions, usually less. If you have measured a space and want a straight answer about which machine fits, send the two numbers — surface width and clear depth in front — and the reply will be a model name.
